Workflow of Wood Charcoal Machine
Wood Pretreatment
The feed size of the wood should be less than 20 mm (5-8 mm is optimal). In addition, its moisture content should be less than 15%. We provide wood pretreatment equipment such as crushers and dryers. The wood that meets the feeding conditions enters the main furnace for reaction.
Wood Pyrolysis
The wood biochar making reaction is carried out in a low oxygen and micro-pressure environment. The reaction temperature is 380°C to 450°C.
