End Products of Waste Tyre Oil Plant
Obviously, you can make oil from scrap tires. The oil yield rate is about 45%, which is influenced by many factors, for example, the water content of raw material. Except for fuel oil, you can also get 30% to 35% of carbon black, 8% to 15% of steel wire and combustible gas. Check the table below to know the usages of these end products.
End Products | Proportion | Applications |
Pyrolysis oil | 35-45% | 1. Further processed into non-standard diesel. 2. Can be used as fuel in heavy industries such as steel, iron and boiler factories, ceramics, power, chemical industries. |
Carbon Black | 30-35% | 1. Used as construction material or low-grade fuel or as filler in the rubber industry, paints and coatings, ink production and other industrial applications. 2. Making carbon brick by briquetting equipment and sell. |
Steel Wire | 8-15% | 1. Sell directly. 2. Making steel bloom by hydraulic press-packing. |
Combustible Gas | 8-15% | Alternative fuel to heat the reactor. (self-sufficient pyrolysis process) |
Tyre to Oil Plant Cost Analysis
Waste tyre oil plant cost is of great concern to customers. You surely do not want to buy a cheap tyre to oil machine only with compromising quality or service. So you must know how to save money effectively when you starting a tyre recycling business.
Pyrolysis Machine Price
Pyrolysis machine price is the main part of your waste tyre oil plant cost. Besides, you will also need some auxiliary equipment, such as tire shredder. Generally, it varies with the capacity and working method. The small pyrolysis machine will be cheaper than the continuous one. But the latter one is more efficient with less labor force input. So, you need to know how many tires you are going to process.
Space & Construction Cost
These are also an important part you need to consider when setting up a tyre to fuel recycling plant. In general, the pyrolysis plant needs to be far from the central city. But it still requires a large floor area and some construction works. Our engineers will design your plant on the basis of your space and they will be on site to help your installation.
Maintenance Cost of Waste Tyre Oil Plant
Maintenance of machinery always cost a lot. While Beston offers full after-sale service with more than 60 professional engineers and 8 overseas offices to save your time and money. Welcome to contact us if you need us!
How to Extract Oil from Used Tyres?
Recycling tires into oil requires several steps, namely pre-treatment, feeding, pyrolysis system, discharging and dedusting system.
Pre-treatment & Feeding
Firstly, pull out the wire inside the tire, cut it into small pieces and dry it if necessary. Beston provides wire drawing machine, dryer, and tyre shredding machine according to your needs. Then feed the raw material into the pyrolysis reactor manually or using a feeder. You can hire a screw conveyor feeder or hydraulic feeding system.
Pyrolysis System
Next, heat the furnace for pyrolysis. Oil gas will be generated when the temperature reaches up to 180 to 200 degrees. At this time, the tyre pyrolysis system can be heated with the combustible gas produced instead of the heating fuel. There is a system to purify the combustible gas, such as sulfur removal. Meanwhile, the light oil gas will go through the condenser system and be collected as liquid oil. We have the vertical condenser and three-in-one condensing system to choose from. While the heavy oil can be collected for the second pyrolysis or as heating fuel.
Discharging System
If you have a continuous pyrolysis plant, carbon black can be discharged during the pyrolysis process. But if you have a batch rubber recycling equipment, you need to discharge after the reactor cools down. Our discharging system is fully-sealed to protect workers from fly ash. And we also equip a water cooling system to cool down the carbon black to make the working condition safer.
Dedusting System
Besides, we design a dedusting system of waste tyre oil plant to purify the exhaust gas. It includes water washing, water spray, ceramic ring adsorption, and activated carbon adsorption, etc. You can choose the dedusting equipment according to your needs.
From the tire recycling process, you may find that Beston waste tyre oil plant is energy-saving and eco-friendly. And it is also safe and easy to operate. We have an expert team keep updating our waste management facilities, welcome to contact us for details!
