In general, it has several steps, including pre-treatment, feeding, pyrolysis, discharging, de-dusting systems. Below are the detailed steps.

But if you want to process more tires or using a continuous pyrolysis plant, you can use shredded tires or rubber powder as raw materials. Before that, you need to remove the steel wire inside. Also, the suggested water content is less than 15%. So you may need a dryer, tyre shredding machine, steel wire remover, etc. for pre-treatment.
Feeding & Pyrolysis
Then the prepared raw materials will be fed into the reactor for pyrolysis. You can use a feeder or feed manually. It will take about 1.5-3 hours. Another 1-3 hours later, the temperature rises and the pyrolysis process begins. Also, the combustible gas will be generated, which will go through the purification system and be reused as fuel to heat the reactor. When the temperature rises up to 200 degrees, oil will be produced. It will last 6-8 hours. The pyrolysis oil will go through the manifold to extract light oil, and be liquid in the condenser. Then it will be collected into the oil tank. While the heavy oil will be collected in the slag oil tank. The main equipment used here is the tire pyrolysis machine, manifold, oil condenser, etc.
Discharging & De-dusting
During the process, the tail gas will go through the fuel condenser to cool down and remove the harmful components. Also, the carbon black will be discharged. There is a water cooling system to cool it soon, which makes the plant safer. If you use a batch pyrolysis plant without a water cooling system, you need to wait for 8-10 hours for cooling down.
