Working Process of Mobile Pyrolysis Unit
Beston mobile pyrolysis plant processes waste materials batch by batch. It includes sterilization (for medical waste only), feeding, pyrolysis, discharging and dedusting systems. Taking medical waste for example, let’s have review how to recycle waste materials into oil. Firstly, we need to use a sterilization system to make medical waste safe for further processing.
1. Feeding System
Firstly, feed the raw material into the reactor by batch. It takes 0.5-1 hour. Then heat the reactor for pyrolysis.
2. Pyrolysis Process
With the temperature increasing, combustible gas is produced about an hour later. It is recycled to heat the reactor after desulfuration, which makes the pyrolysis system almost self-sufficient. When the temperature reaches 300 ℃, oil gas is generated and goes through the manifold. Then the light oil gas will be liquified in the oil condenser and then be collected in the oil tank. Meanwhile, the heavy oil will be collected into the slag oil tank. It takes about 3 hours.
3. Discharging
After pyrolysis, it takes 9-10 hours to cool down. Then you can discharge the carbon black. It needs about 1 hour. So the whole process from feeding to discharging needs about 15 hours. You can also choose a water cooling system, which is more effective and cleaner.
4. De-dusting System
For environmental protection, there is a de-dusting system, including a fuel condenser, spray tower, etc. to clean the exhaust gas. Some also build a combustion chamber to burn the extra combustible gas to remove the harmful components first. Then the tail gas goes through the de-dusting system to be purified.
