Basic Information on Tyre Pyrolysis Plant in Saudi Arabia

During our communication with this Saudi customer, we discussed the actual feasibility of the project on-site. According to customer needs, we make some technical adjustments based on the standard configuration of the pyrolysis plant. The customer hopes to increase the continuity of equipment operation under the premise of batch production. Therefore, we equip our customers with a hydraulic feeding system and a 3-stage Water-cooled Screw Extractor. This not only reduces the labor cost of feeding materials but also greatly reduces the cooling time of carbon black. In addition, the Saudi customer wanted the condensing system to be efficient and take up less space. Therefore, we equip our customers with a 3-in-1 condensation system.

Prospects of Tyre Pyrolysis Project in Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia faces the challenge of disposing of discarded tires. Therefore, the prospects for the development of tire pyrolysis projects in Saudi Arabia are positive.

Huge Amount of Scrap Tyres

Saudi Arabia is a country with high car usage, so the amount of scrap tyres are huge. However, the scrap tyre recycling rate in Saudi Arabia is only about 25%. As an efficient recycling solution, tyre pyrolysis plant undoubtedly has a huge development potential in Saudi Arabia.

Governmental Support

The Saudi Arabian government has been committed to promoting the development of environmental protection industries. Therefore, the government provides policy support and investment opportunities for environmental protection projects. In the field of waste tyre recycling, the government may provide tax incentives, subsidies or financial support, and other policies to provide a good development environment for tyre pyrolysis projects.
