During our communication with this Saudi customer, we discussed the actual feasibility of the project on-site. According to customer needs, we make some technical adjustments based on the standard configuration of the pyrolysis plant. The customer hopes to increase the continuity of equipment operation under the premise of batch production. Therefore, we equip our customers with a hydraulic feeding system and a 3-stage Water-cooled Screw Extractor. This not only reduces the labor cost of feeding materials but also greatly reduces the cooling time of carbon black. In addition, the Saudi customer wanted the condensing system to be efficient and take up less space. Therefore, we equip our customers with a 3-in-1 condensation system.
