Working Process of Garbage Separation System

Plate Feeder & Uniform Distribution Machine

Through this feeding system, waste materials can be transferred evenly through the conveyor belt to the manual sorting platform. And the feeding belt conveyor is fully sealed to protect workers from odor. All Beston products are designed in the rule of safety first.

Manual Sorting Platform & Bag Breaker

Waste materials go to manual sorting platform with the conveyor belt. Then workers will pick up the large materials, such as quilts, long sticks, brick stones, etc. Besides this one, there are also another three manual sorting platforms during the whole waste separation system for heavy, combustion and light materials. It can greatly improve the separation rate and prolong the service life of the equipment. After that, we design a bag breaker to tear the bags automatically for further sorting.

Rotary Screening Machine & Winnowing Machine

Then the waste materials will go through the rotary screening machine to be separated by size. The part which is smaller than 50 mm will be collected to make natural fertilizer after selecting out metal with magnetic separator. While the larger part will go through the comprehensive winnowing machine to be sorted by weight. Then we can get heavy waste materials (bricks, stones, tiles, glass, etc.), secondary heavy waste materials (hard waste plastic, waste rubber, etc.) and light waste (paper, plastic bags, etc.). Different waste materials will go into different conveyors for further processing. For example, the waste plastic and rubber can be recycled into fuel oil with a pyrolysis machine.

Packing System of Garbage Separation System

In the automated waste segregation system, there is a packing machine to compact the sorted products respectively for easy transportation. Moreover, we also employ fully-sealed belt conveyors to improve working efficiency and reduce labor strength. Meanwhile, it will keep the workshop clean.
