Drying

Process Related
Are additives required? What is the concentration of the additive?
Generally, no additives are needed, only water and paper need to be mixed. If you need color, you can add color additives. If you need to increase the adhesion rate, take talc powder as an example. If you need to add talc powder to achieve high retention rate, you must use Filler handling system. The water suspension containing 20%-30% talc filler was treated in a mixer at high speed for 6 minutes, diluted with water and then added with chemical additives, and the filler suspension was made into the slurry after 5 minutes of treatment.
How to add color?
Before the dye is added to the pulper, the amount of toner and auxiliaries required for each tank of slurry should be calculated according to the weight of the raw materials (refer to the selection for details), and the toner and auxiliaries should be put into a container with a stirrer. Dilute and dissolve, and the temperature of the dissolution process is controlled at 60-85°C. (Generally, 25kg of dye can color 30,000 egg trays)
What are the ingredients and how to add water repellent?
The content of added water repellent varies according to different water repellents. The waterproofing agent is generally rosin, paraffin wax latex or rosin paraffin glue. In order to obtain high-quality products, the pulp of non-bonded waste paper products must be added with 3% rosin size relative to the absolute dry fiber mass of the pulp. The addition method is sizing in the slurry in the homogenizing tank.
