What’s the Working Process of Beston Continuous Pyrolysis Machine?
Feeding: the pretreated rubber powder with the size of 3-5mm is transported to the sealed silo with a conveyor. Then the rubber power will be fed into the main furnace through the feeding screw. During the pyrolysis process, the material in the sealed silo is in a saturated state, which plays the role of material sealing.
Pyrolysis: The heat required for the main furnace is provided by burners and combustible gas. The main furnace is heated indirectly by hot air from two combustion chambers, instead of directly heating the main furnace. The heating is more stable, which is conducive to precise temperature control. Most of the high-temperature exhaust gas in the furnace is recycled and returned to the two combustion chambers to mix high-temperature hot air to heat the main furnace, and a small amount is returned to the heat exchanger to preheat the air, which plays a role in energy saving.
